BnbAmenity is used by Hosts to offer Premium Amenity Offers because offers made through BnbAmenity are accepted by Guests at a much higher rate, are easier to manage and offer a number of critical features that optimize the process of providing Premium Amenities for both Hosts and Guests. Guests receive a highly professional offer message which allows them to review a detailed description of the offer and to digitally purchase the offer with confidence knowing their payment will be refunded if the Premium Amenity is not delivered or their Stay is cancelled. Hosts are able to limit the availability of the Offer ensuring adequate time to prepare for the Guest arrival and to  avoid logistical troubles associate with last minute Guest acceptance of offers. BnbAmenity's calendaring feature allows Hosts to easily manage their Accepted Offers. Our Automated Offer Bundles make it easy to send every newly booked Guest a standard set of Offers for that Listing. Our personalization engine suggests offers with a high likelihood of Guest acceptance to Hosts and provides pricing suggestions. 

We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, direct bank ACH transfers and GooglePay. Guests will receive a link that guides them to pay for the goods, just like they paid for the vacation rental. 

The BnbAmenity platform for upselling and direct booking is free to Hosts - sign up is free, and making offers is free. Additionally, many useful productivity and messaging tools are free for Hosts. When your offers are accepted, we charge the Guest a service fee for facilitating payment. The fees we charge are clearly broken out for the Host and Guest in the app. We also offer Unified Channel Management Solutions including Unified Calendar, Channel Manager and Unified Inbox, these services are premium services for which we charge a monthly subscription price because they are based on OTA APIs for which there is a charge to access which we recover from Hosts using the APIs through us.
