Q. As a host I am trying to setup offers for multiple properties in both AirBnb and VRBO. I can't find a way to add another property listing to this system. Can you please help me?

Q. I need to have unified calendar for all my offers, where is it?

A. This feature is in beta currently and available only to those who created an account. It will be rolled out shortly to the general audience. Please sign up for our Hosts Newletter to receive an update on when this functionality will be enabled for all.

Q. What happens if my guest cancels their booking at my place but has accepted an offer?

A. Guests can cancel offers by confirming the cancellation of their booking and receive a refund.

Q. What happens if my guest no longer wants the offer?

A. Guests can cancel the offer up to 48 hours prior to their check-in date.

Q. What happens if a guest does not like the amenity offered and wants a refund?

A. Guests can seek issue resolution through BnbAmenity and seek a partial or complete refund, if for example, the host forgot about the offer and it was not there upon check-in. BnbAmenity will contact you if this happens to resolve the issue together.

Q. When I send the offer, what will the guest actually see? What will the guest experience look like?

A. Guest will receive txt message or email with offer name and price you chose, as well as the link to securely pay and links to sign Waivers or Terms and Conditions as needed. They can choose to accept or simply ignore the offer. They'll have up to 24 hours before the start of stay to make the payment. After that the offer expires.

Q. Will the offers I send to guests affect my reviews?

A. Guests enjoy receiving customized offers and leave better reviews as a result. Especially if the offers align with their values and give them the sense of belonging. Even if they end up not taking the offers they have positive experience and enjoy it. Your reviews will be positively impacted.

Q. How can I try experiencing what my guests will experience receiving a BnbAmenity offer?

A. Just send an offer to yourself. You don't have to accept it but will experience what the guests see.

Q. Where can I put details of my listing, I don't see that option anywhere?

A. At the moment, we send offer details not listing details in the offer. All offers you sent are tied to the guest information you provide and will be routed to the right property naturally. In the future we plan to introduce the listing details to help hosts separate offers per properties, please check back for that, or signup for our newsletter.

Q. How can I send offers automatically for every new guest?

A. Currently you can't but we will be offering this functionality soon. Subscribe to the newsletter and we will be sending the notifications when it arrives.
